What’s the difference between my profile and my dashboard?
Your Dashboard is the place where you control all your content and settings. This is your private view of your page. The Profile is what everyone else views.
Can anyone see my Profile?
It depends on what you want. You can adjust your Privacy Settings to Private (only friends can see your Profile) and Public (everyone can see your Profile). You can adjust your Privacy Settings on your Dashboard under ‘Update Profile’
How do I upload or update my Profile Picture?
It’s easy. Just go to your Dashboard page and select ‘Update Photo’, then select any image from your computer photo by clicking Browse. We allow the following files .jpg, .png, .gif, .bmp
Why is my photo not showing up?
Make sure you wait a few minutes for your photo to load. Sometimes it can take a while to load the picture and generate a thumbnail for you to see. After waiting a few minutes, you might want to check that the file you want to load is an image and is a .jpg, .png, .gif, .bmp. Try again to load your picture. If you’re still having trouble, just let us know.
How do I update my personal information?
It’s easy. Just go to your Dashboard page and select ‘Update Profile’. From here you can change or tell us just about anything about yourself. You can change Account Settings, School Association, add information About You, and change your contact information such as email and phone number.
Can I customize the look of my Profile?
Not yet. But we are working on bringing you that feature soon.
