What If I forgot my password?
No problem, just visit the Password Reset page and we will fix the rest.
How do I delete or cancel my account?
Please don’t go. But if you must, just visit the Close Account page. Upon cancellation, we’ll stop displaying your profile and any groups you own will be deleted.
I am under the age of 13, can I join SchoolCentral?
No. SchoolCentral can benefit users of all ages, but to create your own account you must be 13-years old or older. However, parents of children under the age of 13 can join and connect to their child’s teachers, school and groups of interest.
How do I change email, password or phone number?
Just visit your ‘Account Settings’ page. To get here, just click on ‘Update Profile’ on the Dashboard. Then you can click on ‘Contact’ to change your email and phone number and click on ‘Reset Password’ to change your password.

Sign Up

I am not getting the confirmation sign up email to activate my account?
Make sure your checking the right email account that you signed up with. Then be sure to check your email’s Spam or Junk folders for our email. (If you find our email in your Spam, Junk or Bulk folders, please add our email address to your Contact List or Address Book, so that we go straight to your Inbox.
I got the confirmation sign up email to activate my account but the links don’t seem to work?
Try to login to your account with the same email and password you signed up with. If that doesn’t work, then you should copy and paste the link in the email into your address bar on your Web browser.
I am having trouble signing up for an account?
Make sure you have filled in all the requested information and are not getting any error messages about missing information.
I am having trouble logging in to my account.
Make sure you are entering the email address and your password that you signed up with. You can visit the Password Reset to get a new password.
